Find Care for Pain, Injuries, and Movement Problems
Back Pain
Back pain can develop from joint restrictions, muscle tension, disc problems, injuries, repetitive movement, or prolonged sitting. We evaluate how your symptoms affect movement and daily activities before recommending care.
Neck Pain
Neck pain may be associated with posture, joint stiffness, muscle tension, previous injuries, or repetitive strain. Care is selected according to your symptoms and evaluation findings.
Sciatica
Sciatica can cause pain, tingling, numbness, or discomfort that travels from the lower back into the leg. An evaluation can help determine whether joint, disc, or movement-related factors may be contributing.
Headaches and Migraines
Some headaches may be accompanied by neck tension, restricted movement, or posture-related strain. Our chiropractors evaluate these factors and explain whether conservative care may be suitable.
Joint Pain
Shoulder, hip, knee, and other joint concerns can make routine movement difficult. We assess joint function, mobility, and surrounding soft tissues to help identify appropriate care options.
Posture-Related Discomfort
Desk work, screen use, repetitive movements, and daily habits can contribute to stiffness and postural strain. Care may focus on mobility, joint function, and practical movement recommendations.
Auto Accident Injuries
Car accidents can affect muscles, joints, and connective tissues even when symptoms do not appear immediately. Team Chiropractic evaluates accident-related pain and creates recommendations based on the nature of the injury.
Sports Injuries
Athletic injuries may involve joint restrictions, soft tissue irritation, limited mobility, or repetitive strain. Our chiropractors work with athletes and active adults at different levels of competition.

What Your Chiropractic Care May Include
Chiropractic Adjustments
Chiropractic adjustments use controlled movements to address restricted joints and support mobility. The technique and amount of force are selected according to the patient and area being treated.
Soft Tissue Release
Soft tissue release uses targeted manual techniques to address areas of muscular tension and restricted movement. It may be incorporated into care for overuse problems, injuries, or mobility limitations.
Spinal Decompression
Spinal decompression uses controlled traction to gently change pressure on the spine. It may be considered for certain patients with disc-related symptoms, lower back pain, or radiating discomfort.
Shockwave Therapy
Shockwave therapy applies acoustic energy to targeted soft tissues. It may be recommended as part of care for certain persistent tendon, muscle, or connective-tissue concerns.
K-Laser Therapy
K-Laser therapy uses therapeutic light energy as a supportive treatment for selected musculoskeletal concerns. Your chiropractor will determine whether it may complement other parts of your care plan.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture involves placing thin, sterile needles at selected points based on the patient’s symptoms and treatment goals. It may be used independently or alongside other services when appropriate.
Custom Orthotics
Custom orthotics provide individualized support for the feet. They may be recommended when foot mechanics appear to be affecting comfort, balance, or movement farther up the body.
Sports Rehabilitation
Sports rehabilitation can combine chiropractic care, soft tissue work, supportive therapies, and movement recommendations. The objective is to help active patients restore function and return to activity appropriately.

What Is Spinal Re-Engineering?
Spinal Re-Engineering is the name Team Chiropractic uses for its structured approach to evaluating and addressing recurring spinal and movement concerns. The process looks at how joint function, posture, mobility, and daily movement patterns may relate to a patient’s symptoms.
Depending on the patient’s findings, a Spinal Re-Engineering plan may include chiropractic adjustments, supportive therapies, home recommendations, and scheduled progress evaluations. The frequency and type of care are determined individually and should be explained before treatment begins.
The process may include:
- Reviewing recurring symptoms and previous injuries
- Assessing posture, joint function, and range of motion
- Identifying movement patterns that may contribute to discomfort
- Recommending appropriate chiropractic and supportive services
- Monitoring progress and adjusting recommendations when needed
