Dr. Dave Schwartz
Dr. Dave Schwartz joined Team Chiropractic in May of 2014 after being in solo practice for 16 years in Smithfield, NC. Dr. Schwartz grew up in New Jersey before moving to North Carolina to attend NC State University. It was during his time at NC State that a back injury caused him to see a chiropractor for the first time. His experience at the chiropractor was so positive that it led him to pursue a career in chiropractic. After graduating from NC State he attended Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City, MO and graduated magna cum laude in 1997.
Dr. Schwartz lives in Smithfield with his wife Robin, sons Mason and Hudson and dog Ranger. He enjoys playing golf, playing guitar, camping, coaching and being a Boy Scout leader. Dr. Schwartz has a passion for chiropractic and enjoys speaking to groups, businesses, clubs and organizations about the many benefits of the chiropractic lifestyle.
Dr. Schwartz is a Fellow of the Acupuncture Society of America and has received extensive postgraduate training in the treatment of auto accident injuries, extremity conditions and pediatrics.

Dr. Ben Mohar
Dr. Ben Mohar joined Team Chiropractic in March of 2017 after having previously practiced in Northern Virginia. During his time in NoVA, Dr. Mohar treated hundreds of patients, along with serving as part of the medical staff for both the Western Suburbs Rugby team and Virginia Renegades semi-pro football team. He has a strong passion for helping people of all ages achieve their optimal health and function through chiropractic.
Dr. Mohar grew up in Cary and received his undergraduate degree in Biology from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He was a 4 year starter for UNC Rugby, where he constantly exposed his body to injury and pain. Although Dr. Mohar had been to a Chiropractor as a child, it was the desire to recover from injury and stay on the field that led him to rediscover Chiropractic and all that it had to offer. His personal success with Chiropractic care led him to enroll at Sherman College of Chiropractic, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Dr. O’Leary
We are excited to welcome Dr. O’Leary to Team Chiropractic! He joined our practice in March 2025 after earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Sherman College of Chiropractic in South Carolina.
Originally from Rochester, NY, Dr. O’Leary has always had a passion for sports and overall health. He pursued a degree in Exercise Science at SUNY Brockport, where he was first introduced to chiropractic care. After experiencing firsthand how chiropractic treatment helped him recover from sports-related head injuries in hockey, lacrosse, and snowboarding, he was inspired to pursue a career in the field.
From 2019 to 2021, Dr. O’Leary worked as a chiropractic assistant in a neighboring town while also coaching hockey and athletics at a local ice rink and gym. During his time at Sherman, he was actively involved in educational clubs, the on-campus clinic, and began his certification as a Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner (CCEP).
Now a full-time Raleigh resident, Dr. O’Leary enjoys playing golf and hockey, hiking, spending time on the water, and being with friends and family. He is passionate about helping the community through chiropractic care, health education, and leading by example.
