- Your first visit will consist of a free consultation, a thorough spinal and extremities exam and any necessary x-rays if needed. If the doctor determines that you have a simple muscle problem, we will begin treatment the same day. However, if your x-rays confirm a serious structural problem, the doctor will recommend you return for the Doctor’s Report and review your examination and x-ray findings.
- If you have more than a simple muscle problem, the doctor will recommend sending your x-rays to be analyzed by a third-party radiologist.
- Please bring both your photo ID and any insurance you want verified.

at Your First Three Visits

Consultation & Examination
Approximately 45 minutesDuring your appointment, you can expect:
- A free consultation with the doctor to discuss your health history and current concerns.
- A thorough spinal and extremities exam, including range of motion and orthopedic testing.
- A complete set of spinal X-rays, if the doctor determines they are needed.
- Please bring your photo ID and any insurance you would like verified.
DAY
2
Your First Life-Changing Adjustment
Approximately 15 minutesDuring your appointment, you can expect:
- Your first chiropractic adjustment, performed by your doctor.
- Additional testing if needed, such as head-weight or body-weight X-rays, to further customize your care.
- Time to ask questions and tell us how your body responded after your first visit.

Doctor’s Report & Personalized Care Plan
Approximately 30 minutesDuring this visit, the doctor will:
- Explain the principles of chiropractic and how our approach differs from traditional symptom-focused care.
- Discuss the underlying cause of your health concerns and review your X-ray findings in detail.
- Present your personalized care recommendations, built around your goals.
- Review your financial investment and payment options so you can begin care with confidence.
